Our online pharmacy, For Daily Medicine, is dedicated to making users’ shopping experience as convenient as possible. We try our best to avoid any situation involving a refund or cancellation of the order.
However, there can always be unforeseen events that cannot be avoided. For Daily Medicine allows refund or cancellation of the order in the following situations:
- If the product runs out of stock or is unavailable
- Any complaint and dispute
- Cancellation by customer.
If the product is damaged or lost during the shipment process, we assure the customer to provide either a full refund of the order or delivery of the new product without any charges.
If you receive partial orders, we shall refund you the amount for which you haven’t received your order. You will be charged only for what you get. However, the customer needs to wait 30 days from the shipment date. Any conclusion should be drawn only after 30 days.
In case you are unsatisfied with our service or product, kindly contact us in 45 days so that we can take the required measures.
